What we doEngineering that runs your line, not just equipment that sits on it
Carnova covers the full lifecycle of a food processing system — design, automation, compliance, monitoring, maintenance, and the training that keeps it running. Take one service or take the lot.

FAQThe questions producers ask us before a project starts
It depends on scope, but a full line usually runs eight to twelve months from discovery to commissioning. Retrofits and control system upgrades are considerably faster — often eight to sixteen weeks. We give you a realistic schedule at the design stage and flag any long-lead equipment early so it never becomes the thing that holds up your start date.
Yes, and often that is the better commercial decision. Many of our projects integrate new machinery into a line that is already running. We audit what you have, tell you honestly what is worth keeping, and design around it.
We build to hygienic engineering principles throughout, aligned to HACCP and supporting ISO 22000, BRCGS, and IFS certification. Food-contact materials are specified to EU 1935/2004 and FDA requirements, and you receive validation protocols and full documentation at handover.
Your team is trained on your own equipment before we leave, and support continues from there — 24/7 remote diagnostics, on-site response, and planned preventive maintenance if you want us to run it.
Yes. We have delivered projects in more than forty countries and support them with a combination of remote diagnostics and on-site engineers.
CapabilitiesBuilt for every corner of the food industry
From raw ingredients to finished products, we design and build processing equipment tailored to the specific demands of your sector.

Plant-Based
A structured process that keeps every project on time, on budget, and to specification
01
01 step
Discovery & Audit
We spend time inside your operation before a single line is drawn, mapping current throughput, constraints, and the goals the project actually has to hit.
02
02 step
Engineering Design
Detailed process designs, 3D models, and simulation data let you validate every decision on screen, long before anything is manufactured.
03
03 step
Build & Integration
Equipment is manufactured, FAT-tested, delivered, and integrated into your facility with the least possible disruption to running production.
04
04 step
Commissioning & Training
We commission to the performance levels agreed at the outset and train your team until they can run the line independently.
Engineered for producers who can’t afford downtime
FeaturesThe advantage of working with Carnova is engineering accountability
We are not a reseller placing equipment on your floor. Our engineers own the outcome from the first process drawing through to the day your team runs the line without us in the room.
That accountability changes how projects run. Because the same team designs the process, writes the control code, and commissions the result, nothing is lost between disciplines and nobody has anyone else to point at when a number misses. Performance levels are agreed before build and guaranteed at handover.
- Guaranteed performance levels, agreed before build
- One accountable team from design to commissioning
- Support that continues long after handover
